Helping the next generation of clinicians learn how to talk to patients, families, and colleagues, when it matters most.
Better clinical communication saves lives.
Many nursing and medical students, particularly those outside institutions with dedicated simulation labs, have limited opportunities to practise these skills in a safe, structured environment. AI can help bridge this gap by making high-quality communication training more accessible.
Who this is for
Students currently enrolled in a Nursing or MBBS programme at an Indian college or institution, genuinely interested in clinical communication, patient safety, or healthcare innovation, and comfortable sharing honest feedback.

Undergraduate
Cohort 1 was limited to students at Indian colleges or institutions. Eligibility for the next cohort will be published when applications reopen.
Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of signing the fellowship MOU.

Fellows Receive

How the fellowship runs
2 months, extensions selective.
Initial 2 months. Extensions of up to 2 months offered selectively, to outstanding fellows only. Monthly group check-in (30 min) plus async feedback.
Up to 10 fellows, small cohort.
Target mix 5 Nursing + 5 MBBS at Indian colleges. A deliberately small inaugural cohort so every voice shapes the direction.
Application plus 2-minute response.
A short written or video answer to: "Why does clinical communication matter to you?" English or any of our 9 supported Indian languages welcome.
